Method Concentrate

Dosing System & Manufacturing Development

The objective of the project was to develop a dosing system for Method’s new multi-surface concentrate packaging. We explored a range of concepts, including a ball-seal delay valve, a pinch-dosing screw cap, and various child-safe cap mechanisms. To evaluate functionality, we produced multiple rapid 3D-printed prototypes to test each design feature, such as a squeeze cap with internal teeth. Alongside this, we created concept sketches to investigate potential cap forms and aesthetics. Following testing and review, we selected a screw-cap design with a dosing shroud that sits on top of the bottle. This solution was ultimately chosen by the client as it best aligned with their industrial design direction, brand identity, and product functionality.

Luxury Packaging - Box Design

3D & 2D Packaging Design - Technical box net & CGI Visuals

The aim of the project was to create three gift packaging designs for the Mac Guffin brand, including a bag, a box, and a gift box. The design direction focused on simplicity and minimalism to convey a premium, high-end feel. In addition to the aesthetic goals, the packaging was required to be fully recyclable, produced from eco-friendly materials, and clearly display recycling symbols within the 2D graphics to reinforce the brand’s sustainability values.

Product Replication & Development.

The aim of this project was to transition manufacturing of an existing product from East Asia to North America while also resolving several severalmechanical design issues, including leakage during transportation. This required the development of entirely new tooling for all components and achieving tighter manufacturing tolerances. We began by 3D scanning a representative sample of components to assess current moulding tolerances and compare them against the original CAD data. With this understanding, we rebuilt the CAD models and produced multiple 3D-printed prototypes to validate the revised design. Following the creation of new tooling, a series of production trials were conducted to ensure dimensional accuracy and performance consistency.

Alcohol Rebrand - Rebellion Beer

Alcohol brand packaging re-design for younger modern consumers.

The brand’s previous design featured a large, classic-style bottle and label, primarily targeting an older ale-drinking audience. However, this traditional aesthetic struggled to stand out on crowded retail shelves.

The new design direction shifts focus toward a rebellious, younger generation of consumers, drawing inspiration from French and Russian revolutionary symbolism. Elements such as stars, flags, and clenched fists have been incorporated to create a bold, distinctive, and visually striking identity that resonates with the intended audience.
